Associate Brand Manager - Bulwark Protection:

This position owns the execution of annual brand marketing plans that create awareness, demand generation, and revenue across various markets and sales channels. It includes implementation of brand & demand generation campaigns as well as social, media, event, influencer, content and promotion plans. This position maintains consistency of the brand look and feel as well as messaging through asset and content creation.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • • Execution of annual content calendar to support social, email, website, promotion, and media plans. Assist in the production of assets that align with the brand platform, positioning, and growth initiatives.
  • • Collaborate with outside agencies, internal creative team, merchandising, sales, digital and industry/hazard marketing to deliver marketing executions.
  • • Provide sales with marketing support including collateral, product training, sales promotions, advertising, etc.
  • • Own the execution of market communications strategy ensuring effective and cohesive brand imagery and messaging supported by packaging, POS material, trade shows, advertising, website, catalogs, etc.
  • • Follows control-related standards and procedures.

Business Development Manager - Sales:

The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing end user relationships and identifying customer contacts and partnerships that generate sales. This position will work closely with other sales positions and brand business managers to maximize and leverage opportunities. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • • Identify and establish end user relationships that create pull through sales opportunities through increased brand awareness and specification of products.
  • • Facilitate business partnerships that expand the Image business model into new customer channels.
  • • Partner and coordinate with internal functions such as marketing, merchandising, customer service etc. to facilitate execution of new sales.

This position exists to develop market driven products that meet or exceed customers’ and consumers’ expectations. This role is responsible for executing the functions necessary to provide greater speed to market through product development and maintenance of assigned product lines.

Industry/Hazard Market Manager

Are you a strategic thinking, results-oriented, and self-motivated marketer who strives for continued success? The marketing manager position is responsible for developing 12-18 month marketing strategy to support revenue goals for oil and gas and electric utility markets. Responsible for creating and executing the annual demand generation marketing plan. Demand generation includes, but is not limited to lead generation, product marketing, and awareness campaigns. Additional responsibilities include: market landscaping and sizing, market insights, competitive analysis, and customer product wear trials. It is responsible for delivering on key performance metrics including Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s) and supporting the sales team efforts with Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s) and a robust sales opportunity pipeline.


  • • Identify and develop the comprehensive strategy for the oil and gas and electric utility markets.
  • • Develop and execute the demand generation strategy and plan.
  • • Develop marketing/sales story and positioning for product launches in target markets.
  • • Serve as the face of marketing to customers across various sales channels.
  • • Create and manage market pro panels to develop and validate marketing and product concept ideas and mine insights to optimize the overall strategy.
  • • Develop a strong network within target markets to identify enterprise company sales targets and support sales initiatives.
  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, sales, brand marketing, consumer insights, and business team leadership to influence ongoing growth strategy.
  • • Set, measure and optimize marketing plans based on KPI’s.

Technical Services Manager


Primary Responsibilities

  • • Represent Bulwark Protection on pertinent industry standards-writing committee
  • • Participate in setting business strategy based on anticipated changes in performance standards, test methods, etc
  • • Provide general technical support to merchandising, sales, customer service & BDM
  • • Develop a system and relevant content to communicate answers to FAQ
  • • Consult on fabric development and necessary evaluations of new products
  • • Network with technical counterparts at fabric suppliers, testing facilities, committees
  • • Interface with internal lab personnel on testing of fabrics, competitive garments, etc.
  • • Contribute to the development of technical segments of FR training for sales, customers, end users, deliver training as requested
  • • Support the creation & maintenance of internal fabric & trim specs
  • • Consult with marketing to create and produce technically accurate promotional materials
  • • Gain a working knowledge of industrial laundry processes and their effect on garments
  • • Assist in continued technical/FR training of merchandising brand teams
  • • Manage other independent projects as assigned



  • • B.S. in textiles, engineering or science.
  • • 3-5 years experience in fabric/apparel mfg, textile R&D, and/or fabric testing
  • • Experience with/knowledge of flame resistant fabrics preferred
  • • Ability/ motivation to comprehend and disseminate relevant industry performance stds
  • • Ability to deliver (verbal & written) technical message to a non-technical audience
  • • Personal (soft) skills to relate to and interact with internal and external groups
