Bulwark Protection Limited Warranty

All garments in the Bulwark Protection family of brands Bulwark®, Workrite Fire Service® and DickiesFR® are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase of the product. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by accident, improper care or use, failure to follow our garment care and laundering instructions, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

If either the workmanship or materials in a Bulwark® branded garment covered by this warranty are defective, return it to us at VF Imagewear, Inc., Attn: Technical Services, 545 Marriott Drive, Nashville, TN 37214. We will, in our sole discretion, repair or replace the defective garment or refund the purchase price. If your garment is found not to be defective, we will return it to you as soon as possible.

This warranty is available in the United States and Canada.

All Bulwark® branded garments meet the performance requirements of the specifications and standards as indicated on the garment labels and in our product literature. The flame-resistant properties of Bulwark FR® fabrics are guaranteed for the life of the garment when proper care, laundry, and maintenance procedures and instructions are followed as stated in the garment care label.

The flame-resistant properties of Workrite Fire Service® fabrics are guaranteed for the life of the garment when proper care, laundry, and maintenance procedures and instructions are followed as stated in the garment care label.
